BYO Horse Treks
We all love riding our own horses so why not do it in some new scenery!! With hills and rivers there is plenty of variety as well as overnight or shorter day rides on offer making it the perfect place for pony adventures. You can also book the Quarters and do the shorter day rides. You will meet us upon arrival and we will provide you with a map and instructions. Riding will not be available during lambing time and we appreciate you understating as we have to put our livestock first. For any questions feel free to get in contact.
Day Rides
Bring your four legged friend along for a day of riding around the hills, with multiple rides of different lengths on offer and done in loops so you can see many different sights, there is ride for everyone. The rides will take in some stunning views meaning some good climbs as well as some river crossings so your horses will get a great day out. Floats can be left at the woolshed and we ask that no dogs come please. The ride follows the river home so be aware it will be stony. Please let us know your arrival time so we have a briefing and a health and safety chat.
Overnight Horse Riding
Wanting even more time with your friends, then you can book The Quarters and stay overnight and explore more of the farm. When staying in the Quarters with horses we ask you to please bring your own electric tape and feed for your horses. We cannot guarantee that there is grass available but there is water and a hose easily accessible for watering and washing down horses.

We are working away on the farm at making some improvements to the hut, with these improvements we are going to put in some running water to the hut. At this stage without water at the hut we are not comfortable having horses there overnight. Once we have the water to the hut then we will offer overnight BYO treks out to the hut which we are very excited about. So join our email list to be updated as soon as this becomes available.
